10-Minute Daily Court Vision Workout
Boost your awareness, reaction time, and passing skills in just 10 minutes a day. This is designed to be fast, fun, and game-like—perfect for home, the gym, or the court. Minute 0–2: Dribble With Your Head Up Dribble at a comfortable pace while keeping your eyes forward. Alternate between right and left hand every 30 seconds. Optional challenge: dribble in a zigzag pattern without looking at the ball. Goal: Train your eyes and brain to focus on the court, not the ball. Minute 2–4: Peripheral Vision Drill Have a partner hold up colored cards or objects on either side. Call out the color/object without turning your head . If alone, toss two different-colored balls from side to side and call the color as you dribble. Goal: Sharpen awareness of what’s happening on the edges of your vision.
