Want to become a better shooter? You better spend some time form shooting. With form shooting you practice shooting from near the basket area. You want to be at 5 feet from the basket or less. Your main goal is to put up as many shots using correct form as possible. This will force good form to become instinctive or committed to muscle memory. A good player should always start his warm ups with some of these.  This is such a good drill that it should be done as often as possible in practice.
